Welcome to SNS Skill Development Training Centre & Suvarnkala Training Center, an initiative dedicated to empowering individuals from the goldsmith (Sonar) community and beyond through skill-based education, certification, and entrepreneurship.
We offer a wide range of government-certified training programs, both online and offline, including the highly successful Gold Valuer Training, completed by over 700 participants to date. Our mission is to build a skilled workforce that is future-ready and self-reliant.
Through our Diploma and Degree programs, students gain expertise in gold, silver, and gemology-related fields. We are actively working to affiliate these courses with recognized universities for official certification.
Under the visionary leadership of Chandrakant Patankar (Pune), we are building a brand rooted in tradition and innovation. The initiative branded as JNS/SNS (Jagannath alias Nana Shankarshet & Saint Narhari Sonar) aims to establish a trusted hallmark on gold and silver ornaments — representing quality, heritage, and pride for the Sonar community.
We also provide:
Hallmarking and computer training
Support to start businesses through MSME schemes, banks, and government programs
Assistance in acquiring machinery for manufacturing
Market linkage, where our company commits to purchasing student-produced ornaments
Our upcoming initiative, the Suvarnakar Chamber of Commerce, Industries & Research Center, will serve as a platform for innovation, trade, and policy support for artisans and entrepreneurs.
Whether it's chain-making machine training, business incubation, or full-scale production support — we’re here to shape a golden future for aspiring artisans.
